Leadership Innovation Program
This is a decision maker´s innovation skill strengthening program. One of the best ways to achieve a sustainable and replicable change is to ensure that change agents within institutions have enough tools, resources and access to networks to drive innovative transformations.
Our Change Agents Program was born in 2010. It targets three specific communities separetly: director-level public officials and reformers in local governments, SCOs leaders and the youth sector. Through this program we coordinate open dialogues, peer to peer encounters and tailor-made workshops with these strategic actors, presenting tools, resources and best case studies that help improve innovation skill sets and capacities for social change.
We also love helping shorten knowledge curves by presenting international and national best case studies. Our program has invited international speakers such as Rodrigo Canales from Yale, Felipe Estefan who was former open government lead at the World Bank, Rudi Borrmann who was the former Open Government Director of Buenos Aires to name a few of a fascinating list of international experts that have shared their experience and knowledge in the open innovation and open governance field.
The result of our workshops and training programs have supported the creation more innovative policies, the redesign of public services, the transformation of specific communities and the creation of learning communities. Read some case studies here.
